DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Maple Rides offers a range of innovative mobility and logistics services through phone and online platforms.

Our primary mission is to connect people and communities through ethical, accessible, and reliable transportation and delivery solutions, with a strong focus on first- and last-mile connectivity. We strive to make everyday travel and delivery more seamless by connecting people to transit, workplaces, healthcare, education, and essential services across Canada and the United States.

Core Ride-Matching Service

Maple Rides provides an intercity carpooling service that connects drivers and passengers looking to share rides.

  • A driver subscription allows you to post unlimited ride offers for a full year. You can do this by contacting us by phone or through our website. This subscription grants access to our ride-matching system, connecting you with our large network of subscribed passengers.
  • A passenger subscription allows you to reserve seats on rides of your choice at a flat fee of $2.50 per booking. Reservations can be made through our website or by phone, giving you access to our growing network of verified drivers.

Ride Matching Protocol:

To assure privacy and security, contact information is not visible in listings. All users must contact Maple Canada Technologies Inc. to:

  • Confirm a reservation;
  • Receive trip details including:
    (i) meeting point,
    (ii) driver identification,
    (iii) vehicle details (make, color, license plate).

After booking, drivers can view passenger details through their account or by contacting Maple Canada Technologies Inc. directly. All user contact information remains confidential unless both parties expressly agree to share it.
